Our Story

First and foremost, we believe that our “way of being” as leaders matters. How we are, our habits and social emotional competencies, will either enable or hinder our success and well-being. The Conscious Coaching Program is built on 6 tenants that create a shared understanding that serves as a foundation for our transformational work with clients.

Our Program

Our program is designed to enable leaders to achieve their goals through establishing an ideal way of being build on a foundation emotional intelligence and social consciousness.

The Emotional Social Competency Inventory

The coaching experience begins with the 360 ESCI leadership tool that is based on the EQ research of Daniel Goleman; the survey covers Self Awareness, Social Awareness, Self Management and Relationship Management and is completed by the leader’s manager, colleagues and those they lead. The results are used to set goals and drive ongoing coaching.

Executive Coaching

The experience includes ongoing coaching. Monthly sessions over one year are specially designed for each client and their goals, and include pre-work that harvests the concepts and development for the coaching session. A unique framework of coaching techniques are utilized including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, dialectal, and a critical theory/equity lens.
